As I’ve said on this forum a couple of times, I’m a new Hitman fan. So a little background.
I actually have had Blood Money for a while, but as dumb as this sounds, I never really understood how to play the game. I put in 30 hours across the span of 7 years, and I still never really got into it. The levels were so big and most of the time I’d go to the points of interest only to not know what to do or when to activate the assassination. I wanted to get into Hitman much sooner, but when I bought Season 1 a few months ago, my game would crash while doing the model walk in Paris … I could have just done another assassination, but I didn’t want to worry about not being able to do all the game’s content, so I refunded. I took a second chance with Hitman Season 1 about a month or so before Hitman 2 came out, and what I got was one of the funnest experiences in a video game. I had to neglect my copy of Red Dead because I was spending so much time in Hitman. I got 31/32 hours in, in just 5-6 days! Not healthy perhaps … but awesome
And the only reason I stopped, was because I found out about the legacy pack in Hitman 2!
I purchased the Hitman collection on Steam a week ago. Now that I know a little bit about how to play a Hitman game, I think I am up for it! I know the older games are generally considered harder/more janky, but I don’t care. I want more Hitman
I’ve already played a bit of Hitman Codename 47 and I love some of the details. Like how if you get caught by the scientist in the tutorial and don’t kill him in time they’ll zap you and an animation will play of them putting you back in the cell. I actually had to do the tutorial three times, once because of that, and another time because I shot the scientist behind the bars. Hehe.
Excited to play the rest and get up to the most recent game.
